What kind of uptime should I expect?
We design for 99.95%+ availability — multi-AZ database, health-checked compute, automated failover where the architecture supports it. Once your system has a representative measurement window we publish the real number in your monthly report instead of a marketing aspiration.
Can you host a site you did not build?
Usually — if it is a modern stack (Next.js, Rails, Laravel, static). We run a hosting audit first so we know what we are signing up for.
What is included in "same-day edits"?
Typo fixes, copy swaps, image replacements, link updates — the things you would otherwise file a ticket for. Bigger changes are scoped as mini-engagements.
