Lending, POS and customer systems — all in one place.
We design, build, and host the core systems that run growing businesses and lenders across the Southeast. One platform for your portfolio, your point-of-sale, and your customers — with a team that stays with you after launch.
Core systems for growing businesses — designed, built, and supported end to end.
We focus on the systems that actually run your business: point-of-sale, finance, and customer experience. Everything is engineered to work together so your team can stop stitching dashboards and start making decisions.
Lending systems
Loan origination, underwriting, servicing, and portfolio management for community banks, hard money lenders, consumer finance, BHPH, and commercial lenders — with a single source of truth across every record.
Learn morePOS with finance tracking
Point-of-sale wired to accounting and built-in inventory, so income, expenses, and stock levels stay reconciled in one place — no nightly export dance.
Learn moreCRM & customer experience
Customer relationship, loyalty, booking, and client portals. One customer record, end to end, shared across every team that touches it.
Learn moreWebsites, hosting & consulting
Custom-designed websites on hardened AWS hosting, plus IT consulting and full business-technology overhauls when off-the-shelf tools stop fitting.
Learn moreFive stages, one accountable team — start to support.
Engagements look different on the outside. Underneath, every one runs through the same five stages so you always know where we are, what is next, and what the week looks like.
- 011–2 weeks
Discovery
We sit down with your team, walk the counter, and map every system that touches a customer or a dollar. You leave with a written diagnosis and a recommended path forward, whether or not we are the team to execute it.
- 022–3 weeks
Design
Workflows, data models, and interface design reviewed together in a live working session, not a slide deck. Nothing moves to build without sign-off.
- 034–12 weeks
Build
Weekly demos against a fixed scope. You see progress every Friday — real software, not screenshots — and you can steer anything that is not yet built.
- 041 week
Launch
Cut-over with a runbook, on-site or on-call depending on the system. We do not leave until the old workflow is off and the new one is routine.
- 05Month-to-month
Support
Hosting, monitoring, and ongoing changes under a transparent retainer. Same team, same phone number, never a handoff.
Integrated with the tools you already run on.
Most engagements start by connecting what you have. When something needs replacing, we say so — and when it does not, we leave it alone.
Independent operators, regional chains, and mid-market teams.
From a single-location retailer to a regional service business with ten locations, we build technology that fits the way you actually work — and grows with you without a rip-and-replace later.
Community banks & credit unions
Loan origination, underwriting, servicing, and portfolio reporting in one source of truth.
Hard money & private lenders
Pipeline, draws, payoffs, and investor reporting — built for the way private capital actually moves.
Independent retail
Multi-location POS, inventory, and loyalty wired into accounting from day one.
Pharmacies, auto parts & service shops
The systems that quietly run Main Street — reliable, fast, and easy to train staff on.
Coffee shops & neighborhood hospitality
Order flow, loyalty, and accounting-grade reporting that holds up at month-end.
What we are thinking about this month.
Field notes on building lending, finance, POS, and customer systems for growing businesses — written by the engineers and designers shipping them.
What 'managed hosting' actually means (and what it should)
A candid look at what managed hosting is worth — and what most providers quietly leave out.
Why we standardized on Next.js 15 for the SMB stack
Pragmatic reasons we picked a single framework for every engagement — and why that actually reduces lock-in rather than increasing it.
Building software for local businesses
Why the technology that runs Main Street deserves the same engineering rigor as the technology behind enterprise software.
The things clients ask on the first call.
If something below is not answered — or the answer is "it depends" — the honest thing is for us to hear your situation first. Book a call and we will give you a real answer.
Yes. We are based in Southeast Georgia and serve clients across the US. The day-to-day is remote, with a human who answers in your timezone — and we will fly out for the discovery week or a launch when it is the right call.
Each engagement comes with a license to run the software we build for your business — built to fit your workflow, hosted and maintained on your behalf. The license is yours for as long as the relationship continues, and the agreement is plain-English about what happens on both sides if it ever ends.
Your data is your data. It lives in infrastructure dedicated to your business, with documented backups and an audit log on every change. You can export it at any time in a clean format we agree on up front.
Often that is the right shape. We are comfortable sitting alongside an in-house team and dividing the work where the lines naturally fall. Our job is to make your team more effective on the systems that matter most.
Retainers are month-to-month — no early-termination fees, ever. We hand over infrastructure access, an up-to-date runbook, and as many hours of transition support as the agreement covers. The goal is a clean transition either way.
Everything runs on hardened AWS with automated daily backups (30-day retention), SSL and WAF on every public surface, role-based access on internal tooling, and an audit log on every financial transaction. We are happy to walk through the specifics for your industry on a call.
Both, honestly. We start by connecting what you have. When a tool is actively hurting the business we say so — and when it is working, we leave it alone and build around it.
Yes — roughly a third of our engagements start this way. We do a paid 1–2 week audit first so we can give you an honest read on what is salvageable, and a written plan before anyone commits to a rebuild.
A conversation, not a sales funnel.
Tell us what is slowing your business down. Our team will tell you honestly whether we are the right partner — and if we are not, we will point you to someone who is.
- First call is free — 30 minutes, no pressure.
- Fixed scopes with line-item pricing. No surprises.
- We will recommend an off-the-shelf tool when it is the better fit.
- Monthly retainers are month-to-month. Always.
