Do you replace our existing accounting software?
Usually no. We integrate with QuickBooks or Xero and build the reconciliation and reporting layer on top. If your accounting tool is actively fighting you, we will say so on the first call.
How do you handle sensitive financial data?
Encrypted at rest and in transit, least-privilege IAM roles on AWS, audit logs on every read and write, and SOC-2-aligned operational practices. Happy to walk your auditor through it.
Will our CPA still be able to do their job?
They will have fewer Excel exports and cleaner journals. The systems we design integrate with the journals and reports CPAs already use — we work with your accountant, not around them.
